SAMANA launches COLLECTA brand with Dh4 billion World Islands project

SAMANA Developers has launched SAMANA COLLECTA, a premium real estate brand, with a first development at The World Islands in Dubai. The project has a gross development value above Dh4 billion. Gulf News reported the launch on 19 October 2026. Khaleej Times carried the same announcement.

The development will include 840 branded residences, seven floating villas and two tree villas. The homes will range from studios to four-bedroom units. All residences are planned with sea views. SAMANA says prices are expected to start below Dh2 million.

The island is planned for year-round living. Announced facilities include several beaches, a lagoon, pools, a beach club and water sports. Residents are also promised spas, gyms both indoors and outdoors, shared workspaces and a welcome centre. Everyday retail and services are also planned. According to the developer, the essential residential services should be running when the first homes are handed over. The sources give no handover date or completion timeline.

A yacht shuttle is planned to link the island with mainland Dubai every 30 minutes. Embarkation points will be announced closer to launch. Dining plans include a floating Italian restaurant created with a culinary partner recognised by Michelin.

The residences are being designed with an Italian luxury marque, whose identity will be announced separately. Italian-inspired landscaping is planned across the island.

SAMANA says it is among Dubai's top 10 developers and has launched 54 projects in Dubai. Chief executive Imran Farooq said COLLECTA is about "what comes next" for the company. SAMANA plans to establish the brand in Dubai first, then explore international waterfront destinations.
