Parkin, Dubai's largest provider of paid public parking, has applied paid parking in two more areas: Warsan Industrial and Dubai Islands. The operator said so in an advisory to motorists, Khaleej Times reported on 25 October 2026. The source does not give a start date for either area.
Warsan Industrial lies in the east of the emirate, across from International City and close to Dragon Mart. Tariffs there fall under Code 622T. Parking is charged daily from 8am to 10pm, except on Sundays. The rate is Dh4.20 per hour.
Dubai Islands sits off Dubai's northern coastline, close to Deira. Tariffs there fall under Code 101G. Paid parking is operational 24 hours a day, also at Dh4.20 per hour.
Parkin offers subscriptions for motorists who want longer-term options. In Dubai Islands, it said drivers who visit more often can subscribe for longer periods.
Earlier in October, Parkin said it had extended its parking services contract with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre by 10 years. Under it, Parkin manages about 2,800 paid spaces in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, including 250 for motorcycles. The operator manages around 268,000 paid spaces across Dubai.
For residents, tenants and visitors in the two areas, parking now carries an hourly cost, and the Warsan Industrial charge does not apply on Sundays. Those looking at homes in the area can browse Dubai Islands listings.
