Global Village in Dubai will mark UAE Flag Day on Tuesday, 3 November, with a drone show at 8pm. Khaleej Times reported that 700 illuminated drones will fly in formations that use the four colours of the national flag: red, green, white and black.
The show is the main event of the evening programme. Families and other visitors can gather to watch it.
Flags will be put up across the destination, and prominent sites will be lit in the national colours. Each visitor will be handed a flag at the entrance.
The UAE Pavilion will offer traditional handicrafts, local products and Emirati specialities. Visitors can shop there, try local food and learn about the country's heritage. International shopping and dining options will also be open across Global Village.
Tickets are sold on the official Global Village website, in its mobile app and at ticket counters at the gates. Updates will be posted on globalvillage.ae and the destination's social media channels, according to Khaleej Times. Gulf News gave the same show details.
For visitors planning the evening, a restaurant booking elsewhere in the city can be arranged around the 8pm start.
