Dubai Safari Park opened its eighth season on 12 October 2026. It is open daily from 9am to 6pm, with last entry at 5pm. The season runs under a new brand platform called "Live More Wild Life", meant to bring visitors closer to animals and to put more weight on conservation.
From 12 to 18 October, during the school mid-term break, the park is holding its "Wildest Opening Week", the first time it has marked a reopening this way. The Little Explorers' Base Camp in the African Village plaza runs from 10am to 6pm. Children can shape and paint clay lions, monkeys and hippos, try temporary tattoos, use inflatables and play oversized Connect 4, Jenga and Tic Tac Toe. A 25-minute stage show, "The Wild Welcome", celebrates the new season.
Tours and shows
Every admission ticket includes the Arabian Desert Safari Tour. The Safari Bundle upgrade adds the Explorer Safari Tour, where lions, rhinos and giraffes roam open-range habitats. Paid premium options are Behind the Scenes, Dine in the Wild, Jungle Capture and King of Safari, offering private tours and dining near the animals. Daily presentations include Birds of Prey, Birds Kingdom and Echoes of the Wild.
For the travel trade, the park has introduced the Royal Safari Experience: four hours for groups of up to 10, with reserved seating and private guided tours.
The park covers 119 hectares and is home to over 3,000 animals of roughly 300 species. During the previous season it became a member of WAZA, the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums, and of EAZA, the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria.
Ticket prices were not included in the reports.
Khaleej Times reported the opening week schedule, and Gulf News outlined the season plans earlier.
